It's so quiet and piecefule, on our property and around
Enjoy the time and everything around the house, the peace, seclusion and the beautifully landscaped garden with native plants. Right next to the property you will find hundreds of years old holm oaks, which also provide wonderful shade in summer. You can move around the property freely and unobserved.
Pool house with outdoor kitchen, WC and shower
You can also use the barbecue outside for cooking, the shower in the pool house is powered by the solar system and gets hot very quickly even in winter. In the right season you can also see the blue rain in bloom
Solar system with battery and heat pump
We have been generating our own electricity since December 2022, enough to supply ourselves in summer and a really good support also in winter. towards sustainability and really environmentally friendly. A water tank feeds our central heating system so that we can also heat with our electricity in winter. From 2024, all bedrooms will be equipped with air conditioning for the hot days in summer. The heat pump is super quiet and cannot be heard.
The pool
The pool provides lots of good times from April to September, maybe even October. We have many gadgets to use in the pool, it is being maintained regularly and soon we plan to remodel it. Enjoy your time in the fresh water and use our comfortable deck chairs to relax and read a book in piece.
The view from the terrace next to the smaller apartment
Next to the house is a terrace nestled directly against the old stone wall with beautiful plants, where you can find wonderful shade even in the height of summer. From here you have a great view over the entire property.
